This place is absolutely AMAZING! The decor inside is chic European brothel meets quirky urban. You walk in and wonder how anyone has the creativity to put a space together so perfectly. Because no matter how stylish it is, one still feels comfortable and relaxed. Upon getting there they ask you if you want a drink... water, coffee, wine. Oh yeah anywhere that let's me have a cocktail to unwind at the end of the day while rubbing my scalp definitely gets extra credit points! And while you are sipping your wine and waiting for your hair to process there are big comfy couches and chairs to sit on. You can sit in the "processing room" and watch TV or you can catch up on any gossip and/ or people watch in the central sitting room. Erica Santos is my girl!

Came to the salon for my sister's wedding. We all left with some super fabulous hair! Sarah did an awesome job on all of us as did the other stylist (can't remember her name....sorry).? As we were a wedding party they provided us champagne, scones, crackers, cheese, fruit, etc to fill up on while we waited. The salon is adorable and everybody was so sweet.??My hair lasted through the day and night....well into the morning so I can't complain!

I love this place. Never been happier at a salon. Staff is very friendly and they always seem to remember me by name. Always greeted w/a smile. I'm always offered something to drink (coffee, wine, water). They have a little bar area where you can help yourself to a variety of things to munch on (scones, candies, nuts, cookies, etc.) Love the decor and love the way it feels so relaxing. Especially the lounge area where you can relax while your hair is processing. ??Meghan is the stylist I see. She's fantastic and hope she sticks around for a long time.

I recently moved to Livermore and while attending a downtown event came upon Salon Tivoli. I was very impressed with the salon; from the lovely and inviting decor to the warm and friendly people that work there. I needed to find a manicurist and that is when I met Mindy. WOW!!!?She gave me the best manicure and pedicure I have ever had. She really took time to provide me with excellent service. The experience was fantastic. I recommend her highly if you want a relaxing, pampering, highly professional, and outstanding mani and pedi experience. I am looking forward to my next appointment with Mindy.

I have bangs, and they take a lot of maintenance. I'd been getting them cut the same way for a while and wanted a new bang style. I called the salon and asked who was skilled at cutting a young persons bangs (I'm 23) and the receptionist recommended Jacque. The day of my appt was also the day of my birthday party, I only waited a minute or two for Jacque which I used to soak up how beautiful the place is! The inside is extremely gorgeous! She listened to what I wanted, did a perfect job cutting, styled them and even told me how to achieve the look at home!! I'll definitely be returning for a full haircut and my next bang trim too. Plus bang trims are complimentary, which is nice when salons do that because you do need to get them trimmed regularly.

Not only is this salon a spectacular place to look at, the staff and stylists are all at the top of their game! Everyone is professional and an expertise in her field. You are treated with the utmost care and the owner, Susan, goes above and beyond to make sure you feel and look your best when you leave!

I tried this salon after reading other reviews and I was extremely pleased. Not only did they manage to get me in on short notice, but also the overall experience was very positive. I'm always nervous to try a new stylist, but Melanie did a great job on the color and the cut, and was very cheerful and friendly. It was a shorter experience than I've had in the past so I didn't have to spend all day here! I'm really happy with her work and her scalp massage was amazing! ??The decor is cute and comfortable, and I was greeted as soon as I walked in. I had a short wait for my stylist, but was offered a beverage while I waited. The TV at the hair washing station is a great touch too. It's almost a hidden gem though, it's upstairs and I almost missed it the first time around. The manager called a few days later to thank me for coming in and make sure I liked my color job- that's says something about how they treat clientele. I definitely recommend this place!
