Susan Ulatoski
HAIR STYLIST / SALON OWNER
Susan has over 30 years of experience styling hair and continues to have an increasing passion for her work. Susan spent the first half of her career in the Chicago area. After obtaining a California license in Cosmetology, she worked for two reputable salons. Susan then opened Susan's Salon in Pleasanton in 1997.
Now the proud owner of Salon Tivoli, Susan is living her dream of providing clients with an ultimate full-service salon experience. Susan is an active learner who prides herself on staying current with today's trends as well as drawing on classic styles from the past. Her craft is not just important to her, but part of her. Nothing makes her happier than to gain a client's trust and to help them be and feel their most beautiful self.

HAIR STYLIST
Hairdressing, what a profession! Kellie feels very fortunate to be in her 31st year of doing hair. She loves what she does and enjoys the ever-changing world of the business. Change keeps this work interesting and different. Along with change comes education. Trends and changes happen in this business at a rapid rate and Kellie is a stylist that enjoys all aspects of the trade. She is very attentive to her client's wants and needs and pays special attention to important details. Kellie has the great talent of infusing an individual's personal style into a hair masterpiece. Her genuine love for the profession creates a unique passion and equips Kellie with the exceptional ability to provide the ultimate in salon services.

Andrea Elwell
HAIR STYLIST
Andrea Elwell acquired her manicurist license in 1986 and then continued her education receiving her cosmetology license in 1994. Andrea has worked in Pleasanton for the past 22 years and during that time, became a network educated for Bumble and Bumble. Recognizing the importance of continuous education in the profession of cosmetology, Andrea regularly attends training to perfect her talent and "wow" her clients.
Andrea stays current with the industry trends and stylish innovations. Her enhanced techniques strengthen her ability to perform top-quality services for her clients. Cuts, color, extentions and glamorous hairstyling all fall under Andrea's vast capabilities.
Sarah Gordon
HAIR STYLIST
Sarah Gordon is a stylist at Salon Tivoli who is excited to be part of such a great team of salon professionals. Sarah has been styling hair since 2002 in the Pleasanton area and made the move to Livermore with the opening of Salon Tivoli (November, 2007). She has trained at both the Toni & Guy Academy and through Bumble & bumble workshops.
Sarah is very familiar with the Bumble & bumble line. She has the ability to assess a client's hair and then prescribe the recommended products for the optimal hair care. Sarah truly loves the Bumble and bumble products and couldn't live without Bb's hair powder or Super Rich Conditioner. She enjoys cutting and styling as well as color applications and extensions, and has a particular passion for special event styles and up-dos. Whether it's improving an everyday classic and making it look more beautiful or creating a hairstyle that's more edgy and modern, Sarah knows how to make her client look and feel extraordinary.
Jamie Klotovich
AESTHETICIAN
Jaime Klotovich is a licensed aesthetician at Salon Tivoli. Jaime graduated from Paul Mitchell in 2004 and has been continuing her education through the International Dermal Institute and Professional Skin Esthetics ever since. Jamie is also studying bodywork, and she will be a licensed massage therapist in August 2008. Her specialties include eyebrow design and Brazilian waxing, as well as facials and advanced chemical peels.
Jaime is dedicated to continuing her education and aesthetic skills in order to further benefit her clients. Her knowledge of skincare enables her to perform superior service and provide thorough attention to the needs of individuals. Clients leave with a glow of beauty and a rejuvenated complexion.
Heidi LeBow
AESTHETICIAN
Heidi LeBow is an aesthetician at Salon Tivoli. Her passion for skincare began nearly 6 years ago when she attended Paris Beauty College in Concord, CA. While attending school Heidi took additional classes to further her education. Besides her Aesthetics license, she is certified in Endermologie, Microdermabrasion and Chemical Peels. In order to provide great skincare, Heidi continues her education by gaining product knowledge and taking advanced skincare courses.
Heidi specializes in chemical peels and eyebrow waxing. Currently, she is enrolled in a pre-nursing program with the goal to become an RN and continue a career in skincare on a medical level. With her skincare knowledge and background in hospitality, Heidi's objective at Salon Tivoli is to ensure her client's have an enjoyable experience while providing a beneficial skincare plan customized for each individual.
Rechele Montano
NAIL TECHNICIAN
Rechele Montano is a licensed Nail Technician committed to provide exceptional services. She received her nail certification from Castro Valley School of Cosmetology in 2007. Rechele loves making people feel relaxed and pampered. Being the oldest of 4 girls, Rechele grew up practicing her talents and beauty regimen on her sisters. This hobby turned into a passion and now Rechele applies her abilities to each client. Each person that sits in the nail area feels, for the time they are there, like a Queen or King. At Salon Tivoli we don't just do manicures and pedicures, you receive the ultimate pampering experience. Rechele is specially trained in the Eminence handmade organic skin care line from Hungary, which is designed give your skin the best possible results. Rechele is also trained in the NailTek hydration therapy system, which is a "miracle in a bottle". Salon Tivoli has prescriptions for all nail types. Our "Perfect Sense" paraffin system is an environmentally safe product that offers basic softening or detoxifying options.
Rechele is one of few nail technicians in the Tri-Valley area who specializes in "RockStar" nails and toes. The "Young Nails" gel system is a well-known and respected product, which is why it is the product of choice for rock stars!
Renee Mowrey
HAIR STYLIST
Renee Mowrey has been doing hair for 20 years and she loves every minute of it! She was educated in Southern California and has participated in other training from Redken, Vidal Sasoon and Yosh. Renee has worked in the Danville for the past 15 years and Salon Tivoli feels lucky to have her with us in Livermore.
Renee's education continues to be important to her as she regularly attends classes such as Martin Parsons updo class, advanced color courses, and cutting at Bumble and Bumble and Toni and Guy. Renee's favorite service to perform for her clients is a fabulous color application followed by a creative cut and finished with a stunning style. She sends her clients off looking fantastic.
Tamara Parker-Johnson
HAIR STYLIST
Tamara Parker-Johnson has been working in the Bay Area as a hairdresser for approximately twenty years. Tamara has been trained by the most influential and creative hairdressers in the area and has worked in some of the best salons. By educating herself with the proper training and mastering the craft of hairstyling, Tamara never fails to keep her clients satisfied.
Tamara specializes in amazing hair, including haircuts for men, women and children. She is also very talented with color application and creates phenomenal color combinations. Styling for weddings, proms and special events, Tamara shows her versatility by providing knock out up-dos and formal styles. She also offers chemical straightening and hair extensions. Tamara loves being a hairdresser and enjoys helping her clients look their best!
Erica Santos
HAIR STYLIST
Erica Santos brings six years experience to the Salon Tivoli team. She is passionate about continually improving her education and broadening her expertise. She is particularly talented in the areas of razor haircutting and advanced coloring techniques. Erica thrives on producing unique and technical cuts, colors and styles. She is our network educator and so facilitates ongoing education within the salon. Erica's creative inspiration comes from her love of music (all kinds), travel, food, languages, fashion, museums, movies, shopping, big cities and reading (mostly "rag mags"). She is also currently working in the San Francisco financial district at Studio Lagoria.

Tara Smith
HAIR STYLIST
Tara graduated from Arnold Beauty College (Dublin, CA) in 1999. She did her advanced training at Leeza DFK Salon (Walnut Creek, CA), where she attended weekly classes and gained the skill and confidence to be a knowledgeable and well-rounded stylist. Tara spent the next seven years at Geno's Salon (Blackhawk, CA) and most recently worked at Tribez Salon in Danville, CA. Through 2007 and continuing into 2008, Tara has taken classes monthly to stay current with trends, enhance her technique, and improve her product knowledge. Tara is an asset to the salon and clients because she is always upbeat and positive. She prides herself on her listening skills with clients – whose time she values, and whose happiness and satisfaction is of utmost importance to her.
Megan Baughman
JUNIOR HAIR STYLIST
Megan Baughman is a graduate of the San Francisco Institute of Ethetics and Cosmetology, a Paul Mitchell Partner School. From the start of her schooling, Megan has had extensive training in color and cutting, as well as color correction. She has attended many classes hosted by well-known industry professionals such as Paul Brown, Yosh Toya, and Vivienne MacKinder.
After personally training with the Salon Tivoli owner, Susan Ulatoski, Megan has enhanced her techniques and strengthened her abilities to perform quality services on her clients. Megan is a creative and open-minded stylist who loves helping to generate and maintain stylish looks for her clients. She has been extensively trained in Bumble and Bumble, and the color line, Goldwell.
Jacqueline Wendell
JUNIOR HAIR STYLIST
Jacqueline Wendell is the newest member to the team. Eager to learn and to expand her skills, she is currently assisting under salon owner Susan Ulatoski. A licensed Cosmetologist and Esthetician and a natural born stylist, Jacque brings with her up to date and progressive knowledge in the industry. She offers a fresh attitude with an extraordinary work ethic to match. Look for big things to come from Jacque as she grows as a stylist encouraged by the Salon Tivoli family.
Jacque's vibrant personality is contagious and her service and assistance in the salon is making a difference for both stylists and clients. Her passion is in consulting with clients on providing trendy, refreshing looks.
Annie Ulatoski
SALON MANAGER
Annie Ulatoski is a recent graduate from the University of San Diego. Majoring in Business Administration, with an emphasis in international business, Annie joins us equipped with the knowledge and enthusiasm needed to complement Salon Tivoli's already stellar reputation.
Annie's responsibilities include developing and maintaining relationships with Salon Tivoli's clients and employees, implementing effective marketing strategies and administrative decisions, and encouraging salon growth with efficient managerial support.
In the fall of 2007, Annie participated in a community service project known as "The USD Thanksgiving House." This experience gave her the opportunity to act as the project management team leader for the landscaping division. The project required a sincere commitment to the client and fellow team members. The 2007 USD Thanksgiving House was a huge success, giving new life to a deserving member of the Linda Vista community.
