Susan has over 30 years of experience styling hair and continues to have an increasing passion for her work. Susan spent the first half of her career in the Chicago area. After obtaining a California license in Cosmetology, she worked for two reputable salons. Susan then opened Susan's Salon in Pleasanton in 1997.

Now the proud owner of Salon Tivoli, Susan is living her dream of providing clients with an ultimate full-service salon experience. Susan is an active learner who prides herself on staying current with today's trends as well as drawing on classic styles from the past. Her craft is not just important to her, but part of her. Nothing makes her happier than to gain a client's trust and to help them be and feel their most beautiful self.

Megan Baughman is a graduate of the San Francisco Institute of Ethetics and Cosmetology, a Paul Mitchell Partner School. From the start of her schooling, Megan has had extensive training in color and cutting, as well as color correction. She has attended many classes hosted by well-known industry professionals such as Paul Brown, Yosh Toya, and Vivienne MacKinder.

After personally training with the Salon Tivoli owner, Susan Ulatoski, Megan has enhanced her techniques and strengthened her abilities to perform quality services on her clients. Megan is a creative and open-minded stylist who loves helping to generate and maintain stylish looks for her clients. She has been extensively trained in Bumble and Bumble, and the color line, Goldwell.

Hairdressing, what a profession! Kellie feels very fortunate to be in her 31st year of doing hair. She loves what she does and enjoys the ever-changing world of the business. Change keeps this work interesting and different. Along with change comes education. Trends and changes happen in this business at a rapid rate and Kellie is a stylist that enjoys all aspects of the trade. She is very attentive to her client's wants and needs and pays special attention to important details. Kellie has the great talent of infusing an individual's personal style into a hair masterpiece. Her genuine love for the profession creates a unique passion and equips Kellie with the exceptional ability to provide the ultimate in salon services.

Renee's education continues to be important to her as she regularly attends classes such as Martin Parsons updo class, advanced color courses, and cutting at Bumble and Bumble and Toni and Guy. Renee's favorite service to perform for her clients is a fabulous color application followed by a creative cut and finished with a stunning style. She sends her clients off looking fantastic.

Erica Santos brings six years experience to the Salon Tivoli team. She is passionate about continually improving her education and broadening her expertise. She is particularly talented in the areas of razor haircutting and advanced coloring techniques. Erica thrives on producing unique and technical cuts, colors and styles. She is our network educator and so facilitates ongoing education within the salon. Erica's creative inspiration comes from her love of music (all kinds), travel, food, languages, fashion, museums, movies, shopping, big cities and reading (mostly "rag mags"). She is also currently working in the San Francisco financial district at Studio Lagoria.

Tara graduated from Arnold Beauty College (Dublin, CA) in 1999. She did her advanced training at Leeza DFK Salon (Walnut Creek, CA), where she attended weekly classes and gained the skill and confidence to be a knowledgeable and well-rounded stylist. Tara spent the next seven years at Geno's Salon (Blackhawk, CA) and most recently worked at Tribez Salon in Danville, CA. Through 2007 and continuing into 2008, Tara has taken classes monthly to stay current with trends, enhance her technique, and improve her product knowledge. Tara is an asset to the salon and clients because she is always upbeat and positive. She prides herself on her listening skills with clients – whose time she values, and whose happiness and satisfaction is of utmost importance to her.

Jacqueline Wendell is the newest member to the team. Eager to learn and to expand her skills, she is currently assisting under salon owner Susan Ulatoski. A licensed Cosmetologist and Esthetician and a natural born stylist, Jacque brings with her up to date and progressive knowledge in the industry. She offers a fresh attitude with an extraordinary work ethic to match. Look for big things to come from Jacque as she grows as a stylist encouraged by the Salon Tivoli family.

Jacque's vibrant personality is contagious and her service and assistance in the salon is making a difference for both stylists and clients. Her passion is in consulting with clients on providing trendy, refreshing looks.
